Step 2 — Upload your Diplom
Drop your nursing Diplom as PDF or photo. Our AI extracts the key fields — name, date of birth, training institution, year of completion, level — and proposes a Swiss equivalence:

Step 3 — Dossier and match
You receive a German-language pre-Anerkennung dossier (PDF). You can present it to hospitals directly or submit it to the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) for the formal Anerkennung. In parallel, you'll see job openings from hospitals in our pool.
The dossier is a pre-application aid. The final SRK Anerkennung requires submitting the original documents to the Swiss Red Cross. We prepare the process — the SRK decides.
