What to expect

In Switzerland, a Pflegefachperson HF typically earns between CHF 70,000 and CHF 95,000 per year — meaningfully higher than the EUR 25,000–40,000 common in Germany and many source markets. Hospitals and clinics pay placement fees for pre-qualified nurses with a language profile.

Three steps

  1. Create your profile. Background, language level, preferred region, employment type.
  2. Upload your Diplom. Your Diplom (PDF or photo) is read by our AI. We propose a Swiss equivalence — Pflegefachperson HF, Pflegefachperson FH, FaGe, or AGS. You confirm or correct.
  3. Get your dossier. A German-language pre-Anerkennung dossier (PDF) drops out the other side. Hand it to hospitals or submit it to the SRK.

What you should bring

  • A completed nursing qualification from your home country (Diplom or equivalent).
  • German at A2 minimum, ideally B1+. Hospitals frequently ask for certified proof.
  • EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.

Language

We work with you in Croatian, German, or English — your choice. Hospitals receive the dossier in German.
