Pre-screened pipeline

Every candidate in the pool has:

• An uploaded Diplom, AI-reviewed and mapped to a Swiss equivalence (Pflegefachperson HF, Pflegefachperson FH, FaGe, or AGS).
• A self-declared German level (A2, B1, B2, or C1) — many bring certified proof.
• An SRK Anerkennung process under way.

How it works for you

1. Send a request. Tell us your need — level, language, region, contract form.
2. Receive shortlists. We send you reviewed profiles including the Diplom dossier in German.
3. Direct contact. You contact the candidate directly; we coordinate when needed.

Privacy and compliance

All profiles are managed under EU GDPR and Swiss revDSG. Diplom images and ID documents are encrypted at rest; access is granted via time-limited signed URLs.
